Verified students and educators take up to 10% off our quoted pricing on genuine HP hardware — laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories and the school supplies that keep a classroom running. The savings run deepest on laptops and on bundles where the laptop, dock and warranty are bought together. Schools and districts are quoted education pricing per order.
Verification takes one message
Use a school-issued email address — a .edu address or your school's own domain — or send a current student or faculty ID along with the school's address. That is the whole process. There is no enrollment portal to sign up for and no discount code to chase. We confirm once, then the discount is applied to your quote.
No payment up front
We quote first, always. Individual students and teachers pay by card once the quote is confirmed, and schools and districts buy on a standard purchase order and are invoiced after delivery. Nothing is charged while you are still deciding what to buy.
Who qualifies
If you are enrolled, you teach, or you buy for a school, you are covered. Personal purchases by a verified student or educator count, and so do orders placed by the school itself.

Schools and districts are quoted education pricing per order, based on the configuration and the quantity. Every quote shows what you saved as its own line.
Who qualifies for the education discount?
College and university students, graduate students and researchers, K-12 and higher-ed teachers, faculty and school staff, homeschool educators, school IT departments and districts, and student organizations and campus departments. Personal purchases by a verified student or teacher count, and so do orders placed by the school itself.
How does verification work?
Two ways, whichever is easier. Request a quote from a school-issued email address — a .edu address or your school's own domain — and you are done. Or send a current student or faculty ID together with the school's address and we will confirm it with you directly. There is no portal to enroll in and no code to enter, and we only confirm once.
Is this an official HP student discount program?
No. This is Uniqcli's discount, applied to genuine HP Inc. hardware. As an authorized HP reseller we set our own pricing, which is what lets us discount the quote directly instead of pointing you at a rebate form. HP is the manufacturer of everything we sell; the education program is ours.
Can schools and districts buy on a purchase order?
Yes. Schools, districts and campus departments buy on a standard purchase order — send us the PO, or ask for a quote first and cut the PO against it. There is no payment up front and no deposit; we invoice after delivery. That also makes it easy to hold an order against a grant or bond timeline without committing funds early.
Does the discount cover school supplies as well as computers?
Yes. It applies across the HP catalog we carry, so it covers the consumables and peripherals a school actually reorders — toner and ink, docking stations, monitors, headsets, keyboards, mice and cables — not just the laptops. If there is something you do not see listed, send us the part number and we will quote it.
