Is this HP part still supported?
Send the part number. We'll verify the lifecycle status and propose current replacements — a specialist replies by email.
What we come back with
A short written answer against HP's own lifecycle notices — not a guess from a spec sheet.
- Whether the part is still sold, and the end-of-sale date HP published for it
- When support, service parts and firmware updates end
- The current HP product that takes its place, where one exists
- Where you asked for it, a quote for the replacement — TAA status confirmed before you order
Useful when you're planning a refresh
Lifecycle dates are the part of a refresh plan that ages fastest. Check the models you're standardizing on before the budget is written, not after.

Questions
What do you check?
We look up the part number against HP's published lifecycle notices — whether it is still sold, when support and parts availability end, and what HP positions in its place. We send you what we find, in writing.
What if I only have a model name?
Send it anyway. A model name plus a short description is usually enough to identify the configuration, and we'll come back if we need the SKU from the label or your invoice.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. The check is a question you can ask without an order behind it. If you do want the replacement quoted, tick the replacement box and we'll include current options and pricing.
Can you check a list of parts?
Yes. Send one part here to start the conversation and reply to our email with the rest, or build the list directly in the quote builder if you already know what you want priced.
