How the discount works
At least 5% off, every time
Any qualifying order of $2,500 or more takes at least 5% off our quoted pricing. Fleet-scale orders — a shift's worth of laptops, a dispatch-floor refresh — are quoted deeper. The bigger the order, the harder we sharpen it.
Simple verification
Request a quote from an agency email address, or tell us your department and role and we'll confirm eligibility with you directly. No enrollment portal, no coupon codes — verification happens once, at quote time.
No payment up front
We quote first. Departments buy the way they already buy — purchase card or purchase order — and individual first responders can check out by card once the quote is confirmed. Nothing is charged until you approve the order.

How much is the first responder discount?
Qualifying orders of $2,500 or more take at least 5% off our quoted pricing. That is the floor, not the ceiling — fleet orders and multi-year refresh programs are quoted deeper based on volume and configuration. Every quote shows the discount as its own line so you can see exactly what you saved.
Who qualifies as a first responder?
Sworn law-enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS and paramedic personnel, 911 dispatchers and emergency-management staff — and the departments and agencies they serve. Both agency purchases and personal purchases by verified first responders qualify.
How does verification work?
Request a quote from your agency email address and you're done. If you're using a personal email, tell us your department and role and we'll verify with you directly before the discount is applied. There's no portal to enroll in and no code to chase.
Is this an official HP discount program?
It's Uniqcli's program, applied to genuine HP Inc. hardware. As an authorized HP reseller we set our own pricing, which lets us guarantee the discount floor on qualifying orders instead of pointing you at a rebate form.
Can my department combine this with government pricing?
We quote one best price per order. If your department's procurement path already earns deeper pricing than the first responder floor, you get the deeper price — the 5% floor simply guarantees you never do worse. Orders placed on a government purchase order follow the terms on the order.
