Keep the fleet running so your team can run the mission
Patching, monitoring and a help desk that actually knows HP hardware — one accountable team for every endpoint across agencies, campuses and offices, billed predictably and never paid up front.

Managed IT should take work off your team — not add to it.
Most IT teams aren't short on talent — they're buried in break-fix. Tickets, driver updates, a laptop that won't boot before a 9am briefing, a warranty claim bounced between vendors. Every hour spent triaging hardware is an hour not spent on the actual mission. Managed IT moves that load off your team and onto ours, so the fleet stays healthy in the background instead of demanding attention in the foreground.
What you actually get
The outcome, before the feature list.
Fewer interruptions
Proactive monitoring catches failing batteries, full disks and drifting security posture before a user ever files a ticket — so problems get fixed quietly, not during a deadline.
One throat to choke
Software, configuration, peripherals and HP warranty all run through a single accountable team. No more triaging which vendor owns the problem while the device sits dark.
Audit-ready evidence
Patch compliance, device posture and warranty status reported on a schedule — the documentation your security and procurement reviews ask for, ready before they ask.
Endpoint management from one console
Enrollment, configuration baselines and policy enforcement across HP laptops, desktops and Z workstations — managed centrally so every device that joins your estate lands in a known, compliant state.
- Standard baselines applied at enrollment, not after the first ticket
- Policy enforcement that maps to your security framework
- Drift detection so a misconfigured device gets flagged, not discovered
A help desk that knows the hardware
A staffed line and ticket queue for end-user issues — login, peripherals, performance — with a direct escalation path into HP warranty and Care Pack coverage when the fault is genuinely the hardware, not the human.
- Named escalation paths into HP service when hardware is at fault
- Remote sessions resolve most issues without a truck roll
- Coverage hours scoped to your operation, not a generic plan
Patch & firmware, tested before it ships
Scheduled OS, driver and HP BIOS / Sure Start firmware updates, staged and validated so a patch lands without surprising your users or breaking a line-of-business app. (Sure Start and BIOS self-healing are HP platform features on supported business hardware.)
- Firmware and BIOS handled, not just the OS
- Rings and pilots so a bad update never hits the whole fleet
- Compliance reporting that proves what's patched and when

Questions buyers ask
Do you only manage HP devices?
Our practice is built around HP PCs, Z workstations, printing and Poly, so that's where we're strongest. We can fold a mostly-HP estate into one managed plan and coordinate the exceptions with you during onboarding.
How does managed IT relate to HP's warranty?
Our help desk handles the day-to-day — software, configuration, peripherals — and engages HP's warranty and Care Pack coverage when a fault is genuinely hardware. You get one point of contact instead of triaging vendors yourself.
Can you support remote and field locations?
Yes. Monitoring and secure remote support resolve most issues without a site visit, which matters for distributed agency offices, multi-campus districts and branch sites.
What does onboarding actually involve?
We inventory the fleet, agree baselines and coverage hours, and connect monitoring without a rip-and-replace. The first pass clears the obvious backlog — patch gaps, failing units, posture drift — before steady-state operation begins.
Do you handle firmware and BIOS, or just the OS?
Both. We manage HP BIOS and firmware alongside OS and driver updates, staged in rings so a bad update never reaches the whole fleet at once. BIOS self-healing (HP Sure Start) is a platform feature on supported HP business hardware.
Is this available to government buyers?
We support federal, defense, education and enterprise customers. Scope, coverage hours and any compliance requirements are agreed per engagement and quoted to fit the contract path you use.
