• What you give us: when you request a quote, build a BOM, view or request a datasheet, or contact sales, we collect what you enter — typically name, work email, organization, and your message or line items.
• Cart contents: the cart is stored in your own browser (local storage). It reaches us only when you submit it as an order or quote request.
• Usage data: pages visited, referring source, campaign parameters and approximate journey on this site — used to understand which content leads to quotes. Collected via Google Analytics and PostHog using cookies or similar identifiers.
• Anti-abuse signals: forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates technical browser signals to block bots. We also keep standard server logs (IP address, request path, time) for security and rate limiting.

We do not knowingly collect consumer financial data on this site — checkout and payment, where offered, are handled on our central portal (getuniqcli.com), and government purchase card transactions are processed through payment systems, never stored by this site.

• Responding to your quote, order, datasheet or contact request — the core purpose;
• Confirming stock, pricing and compliance (for example TAA status) with our distribution partners to build your quote;
• Sending you the specific documents or follow-ups you asked for;
• Measuring what content works and improving the catalog and site;
• Protecting the site against abuse, bots and fraud.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run third-party ad networks on this site.

• To fulfill your request: relevant order details may be shared with HP Inc. and our authorized distribution partners strictly to price, source, register or fulfill your quote or order.
• Service providers: infrastructure and tooling that runs this site — hosting, content delivery (Cloudflare), email delivery, analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog) and anti-abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile) — process data on our behalf under their own security terms.
• Legal: we disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and the security of the service.

No third party receives your information for their own marketing.

Analytics cookies measure site usage; attribution parameters (for example a campaign source) may be kept in your browser so a later quote request carries its context. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time — every core function of this site, including requesting a quote, works without them. Google offers an opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics.

Quote and lead records are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant — typically the life of the customer relationship plus the period required for tax, contract and audit obligations (longer where a government order requires it). Analytics data is retained per the provider's standard rolling windows. Server logs rotate on short cycles.

• Opt out of follow-up emails at any time by replying or using the contact above — we honor it promptly;

Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to lead data is restricted to Uniqcli staff who work your request. Anti-bot verification, rate limiting and server-side validation protect the forms. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat procurement data with the care federal buyers expect.

This is a business procurement site. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
